A house that works for you
Almost every one of our projects can be bought as an investment: at the start — and sold when finished, or rented out long-term or short-term through a management company. Choose a strategy — we will show where it works.
- Entry at the start — before construction is completed
- Long-term or short-term rental with a management company
- Property you own — you can sell it at any time
Four ways to earn from a house
Strategies can be combined: buy at the start, rent out for a few years and then sell.
Buy at the start — sell when finished
At the design or foundation stage a house costs less than a finished one — with landscaping and neighbours. You fix the price at the start, and after completion you sell it or keep it for yourself.
Long-term rental
The house is rented out for a year or more — to families and professionals looking for a home near Kyiv or relocating from regions where life is unsettled today.
Short-term rental with a management company
The management company takes care of guests, cleaning and maintenance, and you receive a share of the revenue. A ready model with calculations is Avatar Village: 40% of revenue to the owner, paid quarterly.
A package of houses or the whole project
Several houses at once or the entire project: the Anchor package at Avatar Village, “Good Home” as social housing or a resort, joint projects on partners' land.
The figures in the calculations are model scenarios based on real prices, not a guarantee of income.

What investors ask
Is the yield guaranteed?
No. We show model scenarios based on real prices and discuss the risks openly. The final decision is yours.
How much is needed to enter?
It depends on the project and the house. At Avatar Village — from $59,900 turnkey with land; prices in other projects will be named once a plot and a house are chosen.
Can I buy at the start and sell later?
Yes. The house and the plot are your property, and you can sell at any time. The price at the start is usually lower than for a finished house in a developed quarter.
Who will look for tenants?
You can rent it out yourself or hand the house over to a management company: it handles guests, cleaning and maintenance, and we share the net income with you.
Can I both live there and earn?
Yes: you use the house yourself for part of the year, and it is rented out for the rest.
What are the risks?
Construction timing, occupancy and exchange rates. We go through them at a meeting and show how we reduce them.
