A community where people live, work and play tennis
A ready design for a community of Moduler modular houses, tennis courts, a children's tennis school and a recovery space. It can become a home for families who have lost their housing — or a resort with a sports cluster.
- Up to 50 houses on 500 m² plots
- Tennis courts and a children's tennis school
- The first phase — 2–4 months from the start
Not just a roof, but a new life
The project is conceived as housing for displaced families: a home of their own instead of a camp bed in a sports hall, work nearby and support to recover.
Residents can work in the community itself — in the kitchen, in cleaning, hospitality, administration, on the courts. And in its free time the complex hosts paid retreats and tennis camps — this income goes towards maintaining the houses.

Everything for living and recovery
A 6 × 6 house with a terrace
≈51 m² including a 2.5 × 6 m terrace. Finished interior, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a boiler — ready to move in.
A 500 m² plot
Room for parking, a garden or vegetable beds and your own leisure area.
Tennis cluster
Courts and a children's tennis school — sport, jobs and income for the complex.
Recovery space
An events and rehabilitation centre: sessions with a psychologist, training, clubs, shared events.
Landscaping
Children's playgrounds and sports grounds, walking paths, benches, green areas.
Off-grid option
On request — a solar power station, a water tank, a stove-fireplace, a cellar or shelter.
What the community will look like
The architect's site plan and renders: streets with houses, tennis courts, 6 × 6 houses with terraces.
A social project or an investment
The design and site plan are ready. We launch as soon as a partner appears — and choose the format together.
Social housing
For a foundation, philanthropist, local community or company that wants to give families a home.
- Houses for families who have lost their homes
- Jobs for residents within the complex itself
- Retreats and tennis partly cover the running costs
Resort
The same site plan as an investment project: sport, leisure, rental.
- Houses are rented out short-term or long-term
- Courts, the school and tournaments are a separate source of income
- Development in phases — in line with demand
