Smart Quarter in the Balaton cottage community
The brief
To give people an alternative to an apartment: a detached house with its own plot in a gated cottage community 4 km from Kyiv — ready to live in from day one, with no renovation and no searching for contractors.
What we did
We designed two models — 44 and 66 m² with a terrace — built them at our factory and installed them in two phases. Each house stands on its own 200–300 m² plot with fencing and landscaping, connected to mains electricity, water and sewerage.
Inside — a finished interior, a kitchen with a sink and lighting, a fully equipped bathroom, underfloor heating or convectors, ventilation. The walls are insulated with 150 mm of basalt wool, the roof with 200 mm, the windows are energy-efficient triple-glazed, and the facade is thermo-ash.
All the houses are sold.
